Re-registrations

I'm somewhat confused as recently a few people had 'left' the site as they had made it clear the site wasnt for them, however we're finding this week that 4 or 5 people are trying to re-register so they can view the general threads.

 

Just want to make it clear that once people have been deleted they are not allowed to re-register and also that duplicate accounts / aliases are stricly not allowed.

 

Quite a few people have said "i'm leaving the site" and yet they keep coming back :s

 

I dont mind if people want to come back and not class themselves as 'leavers' anymore (so long as they behave) but why make up a false names/accounts :s

 

All this verification costs so much un-necessary time - the site is just a bit of fun for gawds sake lol

 

If anyone has any ideas or input on this let me know thanks

I would say if they want to join up again, let them but email verification with a notice saying that if we do not see there account being active or that they are not active within the forums then maybe we will cancel the account??

 

Not sure but as you say James some of these are clearly members who are re reg to have a nose as such

u shou;ld have a rule where if people dont post as such at all but sign in then the account deleted

or at least suspended from browsing the forums so wen they pm and ask why u can say they must post
