Since I started playing football again, have been taking my fitness much more seriously... plus, its a good way to get my brain into gear for this mind-numbing revision im doing :-/

 

Best bit is having the tv screens on treadmills - was jogging whilst watching countdown last week, well hard to answer anything wilst your running though
