this just arrived and FOOK ME - its HUGE

this is one of the best monitors I've ever seen - THOROUGHLY RECOMMENDED

Only reason I finally bought one now was cos 1. my monitor broke and had about 80% of the viewing area (17") and 2. Dell are doing their monitors at 20% off

19" Ultrasharp is £300 down from over £400 ! The build quality is fantastic, very robust, and it has multiway positioning

in fact... update - its JUST come down to £288 from £358 - fookin ell - Dell update their prices DAILY - 288 for this monitor is superb value

Sub me for one dude.

My teenage daughter has been kidnapped, and the people I work with may be involved in both.

I'm Federal Agent Jack Bauer and this is the longest day of my life...

that's bloody good, my 19" nec crt was £350..that was like 4 years ago.

but...

whats the response time? if it's over 16ms it's crap for games

is it 16 million true colour?

I've not played games on PC for years as I prefer to use consoles, however I will probably be playing flight sim 2004 on new pc. Not sure about colours but it seems much better than my old monitor already in terms of clarity and colour definition

thats a FAIRLY decent resolution for 19" - but bear in mind u won't be able to go any higher...

check how many dead pixels you have to put up with before you can get a replacement....

20 ms gives 50 frames per second for games...you'll probly be ok for a flight sim.

nice one. looks just like mine. only mines got some amw thing written under the screen.

mines 19" graphics flat screen as well, nice. was £200-something.

refresh rate is 75MHZper second or something like that... i dont remember. where would u find these kind of details anyway?

nice one james. these screens r the best. equivelant to a 21" monitor non-flat-screen i hear!
