And now for something completely different is a movie but i don't count it as one as its literally their best sketches from series 1 & 2 of the Flying Circus remade not as well.

 

So which is the best

Monty Python is the mutts nuts!

 

For me it is 'the holy grail' although Life of Brian comes a very close second. The meaning of life is good, but did not set the standard of the other 2.

 

For me the 'French Taunter' scene remains one of the funniest things in movies, the whole, 'i dont wanna talk to you no more you empty headed animal food trough whopper' speech by john cleese is awesome.

bought the dvd boxed set of their movies the other day.

 

I also have a video boxed set of all 4 series the flying circus (14 videos of monty python madness) pure class. Pity series 3 and 4 went a bit downhill, but there were still some class scenes like the bicycle trip episode

Its gotta be "Holy Grail". The holy hand grenade of Antioch is the best scene in the whole film.
