u need proof before they can convict mate and if nothing went missing at time they stated and they have to give dates and times and what it was they saw u take then u have a strong case

one of them got gripped by a m8 of mine and he blurted out he was made to do it by the manager

they claimed cigs and aftershave from various airlines months ago, but no dates, times, flight numbers etc, and there had been no reports from passengers that cigs or aftershave had gone missing, and a letter from a new starter saying i was looking in bags, but took nothing, waited til the next day wrote it in a letter, but told the supervisor i had been stealing from the bags

i know how the manager works, and it is his style to bribe people. it sucks

well as i said they need proof cos anyone can accuse anyone of doin stuff and if there is no date, time, reports then there is no proof and u will walk it with hopefully and apolagy bonus bundle or u can say u will take it further

if someone is sacked for stealing u have to have the police involved in the case else u cant use that as a sackable offence as it states all theifs should be prosecuted surely u have won hands down there as nothing else but u bein sacked without proof

the person dealing with the appeal has admitted that there is holes in the original investigation, and he's going to interview the accusers to find out properly what went on.
