Acid Pro 4

Got this today, and aint got a clue where i'm going with it.

 

I've managed to bring in various MP3's and WAV samples i have on the comp into the sequnecer, but cant get any other thing into it, to build up myself.

 

Can anyone help me out, or if they know anywhere that has a tutorial to get me going?
