the run i went on was at least 3/4 of a mile, i am extremely unfit, and i did it almost did it all jogging, i walked about 30 metres. So it wasn't too bad for a first run in god knows how long!

 

Gonna start gon circuit training i think.

yeah had a quick warm up, not long enough though i think as it was a bit of a struggle!

it aint hard jus spend 20 minutes stretching every muscle
