i think really all u can do is maybe bob ur head real fast to the music and/or put ur arms in the air n punch ur hand up to the beat

i was doin that for ages just to normal speed dance in the club a couple weeks back, plus dancin around too (y'know movin ma feet n bouncin around) and i was knackered. had to sit down but the music was amazin n i just couldnt stop movin really

u can dance quite well and stomp as ya do to hardhouse just a lot faster and harder

i find it easy to stomp ti hardcore as it is hard as fuck and some times hardhouse just aint hard enough and slows down too much at parts and you just cant get into a good stomping rythym
