is in bits haha got plumber here at first he acted smart and was like there is a button on top but then it stopped working again he has gone into it and it is leaking lol

 

i hope they fix it as i am so desperate for a hot relaxing bath

yes i know its the pump that has gone and they have had to fone manafactuars so dont no wen they will come out to me now to fix it as need new boiler or new pump i really do feel like crying i cant even go round somebodys and have a bath i dont no anyone

and i havnt got no money to pay to go swimming to jus get a shower anyway

Had the guy come to fix mine this morning but I was out grr & cos my daughter is under 18 they couldnt sort it, how silly really!!!

 

Been waiting ages for the part to fix it & it finally comes & grrr!!

 

 

Im soooo glad ive got the shower, it is nasty when you have no hot water, so ive got sympathy for you Dani

showers connected to taps and same boiler too got a multi bath/ shower fitment

 

i have a 2 year old and he is filthy and none of us can have a bath unless i want to spend hours boiling and reboiling the kettle

grrr not on they should have sorted it asap as an emergency with you having a toddler hon!!

 

My shower is seperate luckily so im ok but even then it's not the same as being able to turn the taps & have hot running water eh.

yesterday morning i was trying to wash breakfast things and nothing

i foned they said they would have to get builders out as property less than a year old

rang back at 5 yesterday and they said they had contacted builders and they would be in touch

rang today they said they had faxed the builders yesterday so i went mad, what goods a fax it dont get looked at right and put in a que so they called them and sent someone straight out and he said pump has gone and need to get manufactuars out and earliest they can do it is saturday if they get the part needed

 

needless to say ive been in tears over it i dont even know anyone here to go use theres as i moved away from friends and family

yes and the plumber today did and they said they have to order a new pump in so will be saturday not a lot they can do without the part as long as i have running water and it aint winter no more so heating not needed electric and running water is law not heat wen its not freezing

hot water is tho if your child is under 5 hon, i know as I had this disscussion the other day with my housing warden guy who does the maintenance as I had to call them out in the evening.

 

 

But if they are coming saturday then thats not too bad but tbh they should have sorted this as soon as you reported it Dani, id complain if I was you
