April Fool's Day Partying with Emergence!

We're onto our last heat of the competition, and the penultimate party for 2005's Turn DJ Competition.

 

We're searching for the last DJ to take their place in next weeks April 8th final, at which the Turn DJ of the Year 2005 will be announced and will go on to represent Turn and Emergence at events across the Midlands.

 

This week sees Steve Arnold, Alex Towse, DJ Zouse and Booth participate in the fith heat, and one will go forward and battle it out against Ben Townsend, Pete D, Ziatek and Macca next week for the prizes in the Emergence Exposure Pack.

 

The Exposure Pack includes an Emergence residency, a main room set at a future Sundissential event, a set at Shaft, a set at Dropzone, a set at Afters, a set on Clubbed Up radio and a set on Hard House UK radio.

 

First 50 Free

This week we're introducing a new promotion - the first 50 people through the door before 10pm will get in free. We open up at 9pm, and party through 'til 2am - we've arranged drinks promos all night for you to take advantage of.

 

If you come after 10pm, or aren't in the first 50 then door tax is still only £2.50 a head. We'll also be giving away free Emergence membership at Turn events - simply fill in and hand back the forms! After the competition's over, membership will cost £5 a time.

 

Five Mates for a Tenner

We continue our "Five Mates for a Tenner" promotion - if there's five of you through the door then instead of costing £2.50 each it'll cost you just £10 for all of you. Just ask for the "Five Mates for a Tenner promo".

 

Guest Set from Rush's Jana

This week sees a guest set from Jana. Jana is reknowned on London's hard dance scene and is resident at both Rush and Toxic. Playing hard, fast, relentless, banging house, techy hard house, NRG, techno, bouncy house and funky, she's one hell of a DJ and we're pleased to welcome her both to judge this heat and to play a guest set.
