how the fuck am i bang out of order when ive text my mate and she wont find a way to come pick her up, the gal is attention seeking slamming doors threw my 2 year old off sofa with her feet earlier and she slammed door so i wouldnt let her open it as my neighbours complained again and i could get kicked out she slammed door i wasnt gona let her keep doin it so made her keep it shut

 

actually social services told me about the time out wen u leave a child to have there temper in a bedroom or another room instead of sitting telling them off resulting in them getting the attention they want. and the hate part was a saying cos at the time i was so angry with her as she jus would not do as told and angry her mum was like well threaten her with a tanned arse off her wen she picks her up friday wen that dont help. dont u say u hate summat or whatever wen summat really gets ya hair off

 

reason chelsea is here is cos her sister who is 14 is beating her up and my mate is in a refuge which consists of 1 bedroom and her and 3 kids and social services and the staff were sorting out the teenager and needed chelsea somewhere safe the girl was shouting for attention nothing more and she wasnt sobbing she was doin that for attention cos she couldnt get her own way

light was off cos she had put it off it isnt actually pitch black in there either cos it on front of house and the balcony light was on as always is for shay best night light as it is outside his window and i have no curtains yet as cant put them up no drill and im too little so resulting in most the start was me angry and posting and in reality i am and would never be such a bitch as much as chelsea is to me

Only my opinion Dani ... If you put a post like that up you can't expect everyone to agree with you or go along with you, I have my views on things like this the same as you do.

 

She's a 9 year old kid, obviously with problems at home ... have some compassion!

dawn beleive me i have looked after this kid for 18 months now she is the worst m,ind manipulating kid ever her mum is on valium cos of the 3 of them they are so naughty she was good all day and cos she cant get her own way she goes on a mental one

 

she had her bag in bed with her and clothes under her nighty im now worried to go sleep incase she runs away but she wouldnt get out the door as it is a big heavy lock and im putting 2 pushchairs in the way

 

i had them for a weekend last summer at her house b4 refuge and my god they ran off and all sorts

So stop having her then ... If she's causing you that much grief and unhappiness stop having her!

i know my kids would never be like that cos i have time for them, and i did have time for chelsea today she had never been on a tube and she was quiet today so i took her to leytonstone and me and travis took her to mcdonalds so it aint like i wasnt doin stuff the gal and i know jaquie really needed to get her out the way and she is like me hasnt got many friends cos bein in that place and needed to sort kirsty and i felt bad saying no :S

Not wanting to be harsh here or pick at things, but you did say it was pitch black in your first post.. and do i kind of agree with Dawn on the matter although i know that as a parent you do need your nights out and i'm not saying you're wrong to look after her so that you can go out on Saturday as you need your time too. But it's not doing anyone any favours if you're having this much trouble when looking after the girl is it.

 

I know you lose your temper when pushed, and it's easier said than done to bite your tongue and count to 10, especially if she's causing problems with your own children, but when it all comes down to it, she's just a little girl!!

 

The fact that she's pushing your children off sofas may be a reflection of her home life, as you said her sister is beating her up.. it's probably all she knows and she probably thinks it's quite normal to do things like that. Its not nice for you i'm sure but i'm also pretty sure that it's not her fault either.

 

She doesn't have the same disciplines that we do and you said she has problems at home, so may crave attention or even just to spend time with someone who won't give her a hard time. So maybe instead of getting angry with her when she won't go to bed or do something you ask her to, why don't you sit her with you and spend time with her instead of having her get upset and slam doors etc. Or try explaining, in a nice way why you need her to go to bed or do whatever you're asking, reward her for being good and she'll realise that it gets her further to be more well behaved.

 

Surely avoiding an argument will keep both of you from getting in states and make it much easier to look after her in future too.

 

Hope you get it sorted anyway hun, sorry for the long post too.. didn't want it to seem at all like a lecture, i just can't sleep and thought i'd put my 2p in. x

Kids are evil horrible and urgh wld rather have a dalmation an afghan hound and a couple of horses to be honest than ever have any - sterilisation is the way forward !!!! well for me anyway!!! Im far to selfish to be a mum anyway

clair i know what i said in first post but this was my way of sounding off instead of at her whixch i did the outdorr light was on it was me getting it out the system, her mum has given her a terlling off today on the fone and she has been good all day playing playstation whilst i sorted this dam pc out not pc fault this time me wanting a screen saver so my own fault, sticking too a pic from my birthday event in july last year at wildchild
