In response to the humanitarian crisis in Sudan, the UK Dance community is joining forces to fundraise and bring global awareness of the continuing famine in Africa and Galaxy Radio will be there to bring it to you live.

Saturday 16 July 2005 sees the return of the seminal dance event and outdoor dance pioneers Tribal Gathering, to the fields for the first time in eight years in Leeds. Over 30 acts have been confirmed so far which include, Groove Armada, Audio Bullies, Danny Rampling, Mike Pickering, El Presidente, Infadels, Krysko, Layo and Bushwacka, Zero 7, Francois K, Plump DJs, Krafty Kuts, Victor Calderone, X-Press 2, Chicken Lips, Krafty Kuts, Joey Negro, Norman Jay, Unabombers, Bugz in the Attic, DJ Yoda, Dave Beer and Bez, 20:20 Soundsystem + more.

Tribal Gathering will be an open-air festival and will accommodate 20,000 dance revellers. In typical Tribal Gathering mysticism, the location is being kept a deliberately guarded secret – all we can reveal is that is will be set in ‘secret enchanted woodlands’ near Leeds.
