it was very interesting how a baby has all senses whilst inside the womb

can smile, see, hear, hold things and feel touch, can also be startled whilst

in the womb

 

but watching the birth part didnt half bring it all back, ouch never again

3 times is enuff

 

still seeing the tiny baby has made me broody awwwwwww

best form of excersise is dancing bye dance work out dvds i did hip hop 1 and 2 and the hollyoaks one also do yoga wen i cant be arsed to jig about

 

and walking pushing a pushchair everywhere

yeah now my college hours have changed i get better hours with jake and time to do exercise and stuff i need to get done like doctors been meaning to go for ages but fianly got an appointment so hopfully il be bk to my normal self soon
