sorry if this has been mentioned already but i coudlnt see anything and im really surprised this must have been the biggest event of the weekend in the UK or atleast 1 of,

 

did anyone go? 7000 people i cant get the pictures from my phone or videos but when i do i will place them online, it was really good i didnt sped much time in the hardhouse room as my mates are more into the lighter stuff but it was really good, judge jules did a good set and pul van dyk played nothing but you (1 of my favourites)

 

loads of nice women wearing next to nothing (why can yo never pull them women???..or is that just me?) anyway 1 of the best nights ive had in a long time although i was kinda gutted yoji (whatever his surname is) didnt turn up.

...apparently Fergie played a good set, as did Paul Van Dyke, but t'was in Polsexual Arena (supported by Goodgreef? ) most of the night (only time out of there were a 40 minute round trip t'pisser, drink bar and back ...and that all due t'lousy crowd control in place, and bad functioning of the room layout (having t'cross a mahoosive and very packed dancefloor, t'get t'other side and go in hard room took the piss a little )

 

one bonus of it though, were hearing the occasional and solitory good track being played out from Gods' Main Arena as a tried me best t'stumble me way across it once or twice (people liked t'make it as difficult as possible for you t'move past it seemed)

 

the idea, like ive said before dude, is not neccesarily (sp) t'go there with the intention of pulling ...some people just never learn

 

...and then some people are just not as gifted as others

 

as for Yoji Biomehanika ...apparently it were flu that caused his non appearance this time;

 

although after cancelling @ Polysexual for crimbo bash too (apparently Japanese airlines fault ..and Rob Tissera did go part the way make up for it with a brilliant set, and as did Alex Kidd on Saturday) ...t'is starting t'get annoying the amount of times he's cancelling at last minute recently

the main reason i didnt go back to the hardhouse room was because of the queue, i went in at aout 10ish for a while and there was a guy with a plunger on his head??? then i went out for a while and couldnt be arsed with waiting that long so just stayed in the main room which wasnt bad, although i wasnt drunk which didnt help

 

and i know not everyone goes out to pull but there were LOADS of women...anyway

...having said that, the queue seemed t'move fairly quickly the first time, it took about 3 minutes t'get back in ...but second time around it took about 10 minutes ...and that were after it'd taken me nearly 30 minuts t'get out the room, across the main room, up the stairs, down the stairs and back across the room again

 

you shouldnt have t'be drunk t'enjoy yourself y'know ...although for some it helps i guess

 

...and a lot of people in there would of been off their tits anyway

 

and yes, there were a hell of a lotta' women with nowt' much on other than a smidgen of material here and there ...all part of it

i bought a cd mixed by yoji which was really good never seen him live though

i thought overall it were a worthwhile experiance ...just for the fact that the venue were so vast in size, there were so many thousands there, and well, the coming together of a few 'big guns' under one venue, for one night

 

you were right about the Polysexual / GoodGreef Arena thing, not the best location for it (you had t'go missionary style across the main Godskitchen Arena t'go anywhere near it ) ...and like you said, the queue and lack of toilets or bar did not help

 

ahhh, really? Captin Rich? ...it were different, ill give you that ...how easy were it t'remove it from his head at the end though?

 

only seen Yoji Biomehanika play out 2 mebbe 3 times, all of which seem t'be in Liverpool ...GoodGreef's 3rd and maybe even 4th Birthday @ Nation last (2003, 2004) and @ Creamfields last year ...the first time were definately one of those 'what the?!...' moments ...but kicked ass al't same, especially with following on from Lab4 (live set) w00t) ... and like Tony said, the MFAHG Vol.2 CD (i assume thats the one he means ) he's done, is a worhwhile listen to ...espcially CD 2

i thought the MEN was terrible! we left early to flyer for early doors - the after party - and im so lad we did, any longer in the would have killed me!!

i went at about 3ish it was good but it would have been better in the hh room i think but i had to go bristol the enxt day so i went earlyish, they ran the doors stupidly 3 different types of tickets and soe you have to queue up twice, i dont think id go again to the MEN however may the 3rd i think in nottingham i might go there
