got the labour people coming round the houses today, i opened the door and just said

"sorry i'm not voting labour"

... poor girl, she was only about my age and her face fell. bless. tbh i wanted her to ask why so i could get into a bit of a debate about tuition fees and immigrants but she just walked off. lol.

still don't know who im gonna vote for but probably conservative although i think michael howard is such a wanker.

but him more than most imo.

haha saw a billboard poster for conservatives, was so funny. it just had a massive picture of tony blaire and "do you really want him for another 5 years?" i think their strategy is to just slagg labour off as much as possible.

Tony Blair is a smug bastard, but I refuse to vote at all. Because they are all wankers. I dont trust any of them to run the uk

i'm disappointed dani - women died to give you the right to vote.

i guess it's personal opinion but why not atleast go in an spoil your vote, you have the right to do it because of those women so take advantage of it.

cos im not on the electoral role remember plus i do not agree with any of them so why should i. some have good points and some have bad and if i wanted to be loyal id have to vote labour as my uncle who has jus passed away was a labour party politician but i dont beleive in all the mumbo jumbo jus cos women died for it i wasnt around then and back then it was a lot different to the crap now. i stand by my personal beliefs in this country doin summat needed and not all this crap with voting and fighting for who is right why dont they get off there arses and do summat about it instead of making these advertisements and promises and other stuff leading up to and during the voting and wasting money that could be used for something needed instead of to do with all this crap

Even though I myself am a university student, I agree with tuition fees + top up fees being introduced... the money has to come from somewhere, and if the money then goes to health care, or other essentials, im all in favour of it... At the end of the day, the gvt provide FREE education upto a standard surpassing most countries already, if you decide to stay on at university, then you should pay for the privilege of doing so (and dont give me any of this 'poor families' bullshit like most anti-labour people do... loans and grants are already in place so poorer familes can still send their kids to uni)

At the end of the day, they are all assholes, but labour are the lesser of many evils unfortunately...

oh, and in case your wondering, my parents aint loaded and im not getting an 'easy ride' through uni... Im working 16hrs a week whilst doing 18hrs a week of lectures + tutorials, and I work for a total of about 16weeks solid (usually upto 50hrs a week) during summer and easter breaks because I have to pay my own way unfortunately...

Its a good feeling when I get my results after exams and know that they are because of hardwork making it possible for me to be at uni in the first place
