i tell ya they tell u one thing n u do what ever they say n still ive been cut off i have to pay 50 quid today which i havnt got to be reconnected i need my fone i cant fone doctors or anything now and need to make an appointment and the only phone box is broken

i was on an agreed scheme has stu had got me the fone line put in and agreed to pay 75quid installation and then dumped me my bill is only 9 quid the installation charge is 75 quid

bt agreed with me that i was to pay 25 quid a month,

i no my internet is seperate.

i have been paying as asked and they still cut me to incoming only

i rang them to be told i was told a load of bull shit

if i dont pay 50 quid up front today i am bein cut off altogether meaning no net either

i was in hospital saturday so need to get in to my doctors for more pills

its the installation charge of 75 quid that has made it so high which is what my ex agreed to pay and then he dumped me before it came through leaving me stuck

Did they send you confirmation through the post etc?? If not then you got no hope.

 

My advise would be to call back & ask to speak to someone in charge etc & blag it say you will be contacting your solicitor as you had a verbal agreement etc thumbsup.gif

if they've agreed a payment plan don't back down. ring again, people in call centres tell you different stories, if they are being idiots demand to speak to a manager.

i did and i ended up in tears as i really aint well again today i didnt need the stupid bints voice in my bad ear sad.gif

 

they said they would send it out in writing but it never did come so nah got no hope il have to pay it and screw my other bills il only get fined by tv licensing at this rate bein ill last week meant i didnt pay that either

if you get an agreement over the phone you MUST know the name of the person you were speaking to and the time you made the call, so they can find the conversation to check.

 

failing that, try sleeping with the manager.

er, whenever you make a telephone call where you want useful information, especially information to do with you spending money, you should ALWAYS ask who you are speaking to, and jot down the time you made the call.

 

for anything.

 

(otherwise you end up getting stuffed, like this)
