Quality. On a simalar line. Sit down on a chair with a piece of paper and a pen. Lift your right leg off the floor but keep your leg straight. Rotate your foot clockwise from, from the ankle. Whilst keeping your foot in motion write a number 6 on the piece of paper. KEEP MOVING YOUR FOOT CLOCKWISE.

 

What happened when you started writing?

 

As hard as you try you just can't stop your foot from wanting to go anti-clockwise.

have you got this backwards or is it me,only i found it quite easy till i tried startin off with my ankle going anti clockwise,but then i couldnt stop it going clockwise when i wrote a number 6.

if u think about it too long u can do it its like the tests with police in america u have to do it straight off no pausing to think its like rubbing ur tummy and patting ur head
