cos today i got my account back!! After moaning and stropping and stillbeing forced to move accounts a couple of weeks ago i found out today that my old account arent happy with the bird whos doing it now instead so i get to go back im well fcking happy its sooo much easier and all the handlers are ace

right seeing as ive confused a few il explain (its not like i have anything better to do atm lol)

 

our company deals with various insurance companies accounts i was working on one (Hamiltons) since i started and had got to know allthe handlers really well, dropped their avarage claim value to just over £100 less than the figures for last yr and basically it ran like clockwork had hardly any problems or complaints etc then about a month ago i was told id gotta go help on a different account (Liv Vic) as they had complained about the claim values as it was being managed by 2 fairly inexperienced members of staff as there wasnt anyone else to look after it at the time and they were ok at it but were letting claiments get away with blagging stuff they werent strictly entitled too!! So they moved me and the woman i had to work with i detest shes vile false bossy and a general nightmare but even after threatening to leave if they moved me (childish strop) had to go ive been super pissed off at work over there working with her so when i found out my old account had asked for me back today as they werent happy with the girl doing it now i was well happy!! Nice to be appreciated an wanted lol

theyre a strange bunch in our office well about 3/4's off us are the others just cower in the corners lol only found out the other day our head of accounts is a mormon priest bet he gets welloffended with the tone of convo usually going on in our office no wonder he hardly speaks

possibly i mean i can get crude on my own but my boss tracey is an older wider slightly naughtier version of me then add shelley, gemma n ray n we cackle we're awful anything male gets rips to shreds tbh its just a constant piss take to be fair i cld never leave its too much fun stressful but fun! I always thought mormons were a cult n they brainwashed ppl but apparently not. We have a wierd techy guy too whos trousers are higher than Simon Cowells and he sleeps with his dog and his gf sleeps in a different room - wierd or what
