bloody catalogue still hadnt changed my address and have dispatched the buggy to the other address sad.gif

jus rang them and they had to re order it to here and to send 1 back if it makes it here, she says my post code isnt registered eek.gif

its no excuse, if they still don't change it kick off - you don't have to have a postcode to put an address in - you can do it easily without the postcode it just means you have to type the whole thing out manually.

 

how long they telling you on the buggy for delivery?

 

and atleast they've just sent you another one out with no arguements.

yer but the woman said it was changed the other day and that was still dispatched to the old address this time its now wednesday i have to wait till

thats not too bad, if its wednesday means they have it in their own warehouses so it might arrive sooner. deliverly dates are anytime up to wednesday so you might get it monday or tuesday. just be glad its not direct from suppliers - they can be anything between 2 weeks and 6 months delivery sometimes!

 

and yeah people lie all the time about doing stuff when they dont really.

well jus checked my online account its changed finally

but it says on the status of wen delivery is please contact our enquirys line about order whats thast mean?

i dunno ive never had that on my account and im not trained on enquiries so i dunno. mine only ever say "parcel information not available".

 

give the enquiry line a ring would be the best bet and say that it said to ring them and they should be able to tell you why.

lol i dunno, i just answer the phones i dont ring the numbers! only numbers i know are for staff accounts. look on the website.

nah its not, i know for certain enquiry and ncs are both 0870 numbers - only the order line is free.

 

ring the orderline and ask nicely and they might put you through.
