Ive just had to put up with going for my bday meal with mummy daddy n mummys bf - yes slighlty wierd - nothing to talk about except me n my mums bf taking the piss out of everything - how the fuck my parents managed 10 yrs together id beyond me and im still shocked i came out of it fairly normal

sounds strange.

its not happened to me yet and i dont think it will however i still think any time spent with my dad and his gf (now fiancé !!) is a very weird experience and i hate it. it's so stupid and it's all deliberate forced interaction to 'bond' and make 'relationships' and i wish to hell it would stop because if i have to sit in their car and play that fucking word-association game one more time i will put the fucking window out!!!!!!!!

From what you mentioned that you had, it's only the cheese that will have any adverse effects on weight if healthy eating is for dieting reasons. If not then i would say that wasn't an unhealthy meal as you need a variation of everything iny our diet and that seemed like quite a good combination (protein, vitamins, calcium, carbohydrates etc).
