is anybody else with AOL? we couldnt get connected, 16 phone calls later, yippeeeeeeeeee we are online. bet when i switch comp off we wont get connected again

im really not happy with AOL, whose everyone else with?

ntl broadband, they're not bad, quick to install everything, not bad d/l times either

used to be and they are awful the worse cos the amount of stuff u need to install jus to run them i couldnt get on and they told me i had to get a pc technition out to reduce the load on my pc, that would have cost me loads so i uninstalled, cancelled and went on bt im now on bt broadband no probs and told aol to stick it

Cancel their contract with you and find someone else, they'll never ever get any better!! If they say you have to pay til the end of contract tell them you refuse to because their service is unsatisfactory and they're not providing what you're paying for so are entitled to go elsewhere for an ISP that will. If they get arsey ask for a manager and say you're going to report them to watchdog or something because of their shit service and even worse customer service.

never been on AOL, and never liked the look of it either... its almost like a seperate internet all together is what i gathered when i tried to use it at my mates house and failed miserably...

Im with Tiscalli had loads of problems in the last month or so getting disconnected and their tech support are foreign with a script and really really annoying so id say avoid them - theyve sorted me out eventually but theyre so frustrating to spk too
