You can in everywhere ive been as they have the hygeine strips on the bottoms. Its a nightmare atm though cos ive lost half a stone in the last month for my holiday so all my nice bikinis from last yr dont fit right! Need to find some good toning exercises now though - how did u do it as youve got a really flat tummy? Ive been doing sit ups but thats not really working.

sit ups, yoga, a hiphop dance work out and one of them toning belts that send impulses through my tummy muscles lol

 

i alternate what i do

i do sit ups every morning

and then alternate evenings i do either yoga or dance and wen im sat at pc twice a day i use the belt its fab lol

also stomach crunches are good. u have to pull ur knees up to ur chest and back forward using ur tummy muscles and hold for a few seconds and then release but ask a gym instructer to show u how to do them properly at local swimming center as usually they will know and can show u

ive got some of the toning pads will have to dig them out i think

 

cld do with going back to the gym but its like £50 a month that i dnt really have spare atm damn it

surely theres ur local swimming baths have a gym not these private ones

or join a small work out center do kick boxing or something that is so energetic it isnt about fighting in training but u do circuit training and it is very physical and toning

yeah i used to body combat at the local lesiure centre but my mate who i used to go with works afternoons now and dont like going on my own whereas all the girls at work go to Cannons

 

Might have to bite the bullet though n go on my own just for a couple of weeks before my holiday suppose wont be too bad if i go combat and step a couple of times a week
