Just got my holidays granted for christmas ..

Two people had already booked off .. it works on a first come first serve basis, to be completely fair and only 2 people can be off at a time if it's more than one day. Handed my dates in to my boss who told me it might not be possible to have ALL the requested dates off as 2 are already booked .. one of the guys has just cancelled, and I just got lucky. Me and someone else are off from 23rd December 4th January and the rest are working

last christmas sucked ass! i didnt feel christmassy at all ever. even on christmas day i didnt feel christmassy. i was a bit upset at the fact, but what can u do? it sucked!

the christmas before last was amazing and i really did feel christmassy for ages. and the banter i had at work was amazing even tho it was a shit job lol

I'm having a right good sort out, shed loads of stuff i've collected in such a short time and I didn't think I was a hoarder

 

Still couldn't face doing a car boot though ... my friend goes to them most weeks and does the occational one.

ill nip in occasionally and get the cheap copy dvd's off there 9 for a tenner and theyre really good!

 

I just dont like the thought of standing there with people rumaging through our old stuff i even offerred to pay her totake it to the tip but when she gets an idea in her head it has to be done! Hopefully itll be sunny and ill take a sunlounger and sunbathe all day
