ive tried telling its owners off but they dont speak very good english! Opted to ring cencellations and surprise surprise when threatened to cancel they're sorting it out (well hopefully) awaiting a senior technician to call me

if its ur dam modem switching off constant and u have bt fone line u will find it is bt

they are doing upgrades apparently so i am getting knocked off constant

was every 5 mins the other day now it is every couple of hours

and i got rid of dial up so i could stop bein booted off

its various things Dani, not really sure what - keep getting error 619 and error 413. Ive had Tiscalli tech run me through diff things about 10 times now and 2 BT checks on my line and its still fcking doing it

 

hopefully this senior technician will be able to sort it out - dear god let him speak english

im a bit annoyed at my BT broadband in that, if youre on the comp doing whatever, but not online, then you do want to go online, it doesnt work and causes you to have to restart the computer in order for the net to work. it is such an annoyance and i hate it really...
