Tha CSA are a bunch of bastards. They take £188 a month off me and my ex-wife inly gets about £100 of it for my son. OK, yeah, its good for the woman but lousy for the guy. They should give out exactly what they take IMO.

this is my my ex is happy to take what I offer cos she knows that if she goes to the csa they just take money off me & she never sees it

if your on income supoort or job seekers allowance (which im sure dani is) you dont get the money anyway, it goes strait to the goverment so they dont have to fully support the kids    (just read that in my 'help & advice' book)........so really id dont benefit the full time parent, but saying that i still wouldnt let them get away with it scott free

im not gona take it offensively as i have never wanted to sit on my arse

was jus hard dealing with having to have monitored access with brandon, court cases and suffering with agro phobia in the past was hard for me but that is an illness in the same states as deppression but i am now currently sorting myself out and actively looking for employment so im not by choice still not working am i just it takes a few months to intitially get into gear through new deal.

oh and i jus realised u said claiming for mikey so i am not taking tax payers well my dad would get the money mikey lives with my dad and i cant claim from michael as i claimed unknown father so he could never have any sort of hold on me or shay. he could have taken me to court and got access meaning i would have to see him resulting in danger for me and shay

 

and as for the why didnt i persist it well i am for mikey now my dad is married and his wife works. my dad is disabled so dont work, they will benefit from and csa we can get. also we are changing his name from moran to mckay by depol, he dont want anything to do with his son why should his son carry on his name

you dont need to have dealings with the absent parent, they dont need to know your name or address or any info for CSA to be collected, its his responcerbility to pay so why isnt he? there are special cercumstances for different 'situations'

 

by rights you should be paying your dad csa as he has your son cus i bet you dont pay for his upkeep?

no i no u never said that i jus gpt wrong end of stick

and it was done in special circumstances as when shay was born they advised me to say unknown father as he could have gone for access as he never hurt shay just me which could have resulted in his danger which meant i had to make a decision on wether to lose out on csa in future or not which quite frankly i would rather not. it is only used in circumstances of abuse and rape.

 

and as for mikey i am still his guardian my dad is his carer my dad claims money for him as i signed it that way which means i have full parental responsibility and i do buy stuff when ever he needs it but the child bebefit and tax credits for mikey go to my dad instead of me. so that is his general up keep but i buy and always have bought him stuff he needs like his school uniform, shoes, clothes, and anything else he needs

no i mean keeping his name off and having no dealings is if it is truly dangerous to have any sort of cantact with them its as they call in special circumstances it was there advise to do that as if he is having csa dealings he is within his right to take me to court for access and i was pertrified of this happening so we left it all out and its down as a special case they know his name but know its too dangerous to contact him

They do not have/allowed to divulge information, addresses etc anyway.

no obviously not but if he is contacted he is then within his right to go for contact and taking me to court meaning id have to see him even with an injunction i was scared i had 3 injunctions on him and it didnt stop him

 

and besides this goes in deeper but i care not to fully explain the reason why

im in the process of going through the courts with my X husband & the kids, you havent got to be in the courts or mediation on the same day never mind face each other

no but within every right he could have been granted access as he never harmed shay so many women in to#he refuge went through the same and at the end of the day it was my solicitor and csa's decision on what way it went and i agreed and he was down on birth certificate as unknown and on csa as special case and im not going further into it as i dont want to

 

but i offered advice on what i knew through mikey

 

and actually i been going through court for past year about something else and i had to face neil there even though i requested not to so there ya have it now i have pulled out and have my representative dorothy do all the court work and i see my solicitor down here to give my instructions
