i got hold of the csa a few months ago it took a while to get sorted out it was in th end prob took about 4 months altogether.

My sons father an i split on bad terms he was rather agressive but has always been a good dad well tried to be to our child, ive got full access to him and he would have to go to court to get parental control of james but everything that happens to james that is big is run passed his father as to me in my mind just cause the parents fall out the child should not suffer unless there is some proven matter that the child would be placed in danger whilst in contact with the father, it got to the stage where he made my life that miserable that someone else had to be there whilst james was picked up as i could not stand to be near him i see him now although we dont tlk.

If thats anything to go by I'm paying way over the odds but the CSA aren't involved & some of the money is spent directly on my daughter cos my ex is a terrible spending person (see want buy & ignore the bills)

just re-read that & it came out wrong from me . If he did take them out he would have come to a mutual agreement on paying for their upkeep

must engage brain before putting fingers into gear & typing

I would like to Nail Bomb the CSA offices.

At one stage they were taking £560 FROM SOURCE i.e direct from my salary before it went into my account ohmy.gif

They refused to apply the new calculation to my case (15% of net salary per month per child) and continued to charge 30% plus back dated thumbsdown.gif

They do not pass all the money on to the Mother/Carer thumbsdown.gif

They take 7% per year - get a calculator - work it out - they make a mint mad.gif

They are ABOVE ENGLISH COURTS and JUDGES blink.gif

They do NOT answer correspondence mad.gif

They do NOT take into account the carer or Mothers earnings or Personal Financial Position - My ex was with a Millionaire (No sh*t) and they made no account for it whatsoever. mad.gifmad.gifmad.gif

The CSA have made thousands and thousands of peoples lives a misery - on BOTH SIDES of the fence. blink.gif

If you have a problem with them...

GO SELF EMPLOYED grin.gif

It makes you Immune .... trust me..... it works..

So much so that the ex-wife bitch had to agree to write to the CSA disinvolving them as she got no money WHATSOEVER. That was never my intention as I accept and embrace my parental responsibilities (I love my 13yr old son dearly) however, we agreed a more reasonable £250 per month, which I pay direct into her account every month.

I have had FIVE YEARS of HELL from the CSA and I can only recommend that anyone and everyone do EVERYTHING in their power to avoid their involvement.

Steve
