I heard from my solictor today about a claim I had made about 2 and a half years ago. basically when I moved back from England to Ballymena I went to a job agency for work asap as I had taken on my house and needed to pay the rent.

To cut a long story short, I ended up working in a milk factory (hahaha) one day I was using a bit of machinery it crushed my ankle and fractured it.

The company had not trained me properly or supplied me with safety boots.

 

Their insurance company has offered me £4000, but my solictor is responding tomorrow in the hope we can get £5000. but at the very least it will be £4000.

 

Just in time for the summer grin.gif

TBH paula, it was only a hairline fracture and wasnt that painfull. Was on crutches for 6 weeks but have been fine since
