Agreed, my sister had to go up and down the stairs on her arse all day the next day. It's good though.

Im not as bad now, still hurts to go up & down the stairs & to sit on the crapper haha but has eased right off, so I will get back into it next week but not do as much

my hip hop one was like that at first but now i work out quite often and use one of them belts too

 

and as for the ciggies i didnt put any excess weight on as i dont snack i keep my mind occupied instead
