Dawn, it's no winng streak, luck or whatever.. It is called being a council tenant & it being due to be done

im due a council refit for my bathroom & kitchen although i have upgraded it myself cus i hated the white council cupboards.......chances are we will have moved out by the time it gets round to my turn

Same here Louise, but my cupboards were falling to bits really, but it's amazing what paint & grain can do

 

The guy is here now knocking out the 2 manky built in larders

 

I am also on a scheme now where I get discount in certain stores & get priority in upgrades & get a new something each year like a heated towel rail, for being a good tenant too

 

Just need a new front door now, as it's well old, but have not long had the double glazing done so it's starting to look better now
