OK...all the petty bickering and arguing over NOTHING. I know I dont frequent this board as much as I use to but its starting to feel like I'm back on that god awful GURN. This use to be a happy, friendly board, everyone knew everyone else....nearly....and the serious arguments were rare, and when they did happen, they were sorted out or forgotten within a few posts. Now its page after page of pathetic squabbling, things said in jest are being taken the wrong way and indirect but obvious slanderous comments are becoming more regular. No offence to the mods but blocks, suspensions and barrings should of happened AGES ago but they didnt. I've got alot of friends on here (well I think I have) and I know I dont come out hardly anymore but I dont want to start changing my views of them just because of a few "school kid" rows. Now please, can we finally have some kind of control and order coz its making my lovely ginger locks go white with stress and that just aint who I am. OK...rant over. 186237[/snapback] Ive noticed this alot recently 2, there is alot of squabbling and playground bickering going on, sad 2 see really considering that we were all a close community especially the ones that are on her frequent, ill say it again as i have before, people take message boards far 2 seriously, i dont whatsoever, its a screnn at the end of the day, seeing people in person is reality, just because some of us havent seen each other for a while and different things have happened in our lves doesnt me 2 say were losing interest or friendship with anyone. CTW DJs LiamStyles Posted June 23, 2005 CTW DJs Share Posted June 23, 2005 I dont really see the big issue, there has been a few stupid petty arguements between Kate and Dani (A few others joined in) but that seems to be resolved and both of them are making the effort. I personally think alot of it is down to, as shane says, people taking this board too seriously. Also the fact that hardly any of us meet up as regularly as we did. That imo is why arguments and fights on the old board where quicker resolved and forgotten - because in the end we'd all meeet up , get on and realise that it was cool and the argument was silly. As for warnings and bannings not being carried out. As far as I am aware James is the only person that can carry this out. I know I cant anyway, so its not down to the mods really. However I am not aware if any of the other mods can carry out warnings and bans.
