I thaught the main way it was transmited was sex , needles & a few by blood

needle stick injuries (those in the health profession or needles disposed of incorrectly) dentists/nurses/doctors/council workers/kids in street....basically anyone

 

oral sex/wanking if there are cuts or sores in the mouth, stomach or hand area including coldsores, mouth ulcers, stomach ulcers or abrasions

 

cut to cut contact through any form of injury, who knows you might just help the wrong person when there injured & get infected through a cut of your own.

 

 

but apart from all that i still didnt get your question, what do you mean, what do you do? are you talking health wise or sex wise

 

healthwise......you see a doctor, obviously

 

sexwise...... you make sure you put no-one else at risk wether you hate them or not (although thats a pretty sick attitude to take) its not just sexual partners you put at risk
