TEA!

Now i know there are a few tea lovers out there. I was in London at the weekend and eventually found myself in Fortnum and Mason's like a kid in Wonka's chocolate factory looking at all the different teas.

 

As my mate Guy Martin and myself are specialists in the old brew making department, i bought a box of assam supreme tea bags.

 

WOW, what a brew. Highly recomended by the martin and myself. not too bad at £4.50 for a box of 50 either.

 

I'll make sure i've got a box at the next weekender and we'll have a good old mash.

Doesn't the taste depend on the water though?

 

Southern & Welsh water so does not make a good cuppa

my tea has to be caffiene free otherwise im awake all night.

 

does anyone have those occasional cuppas that taste just perfect & you never want them to end? when you get to the bottom you feel gutted & know that even if you made another one its not gonna be the same .............or is that just me?

Those magic cups of tea your on about is just how the martin makes every cuppa. perfection.

 

Minx. I'm with you on the earl grey thing but i'm more of an English breakfast man myself. Trust me on this assam, she's a belter. The cream of the tea has to be russian caravan tea though.
