Weight or gym??

 

Weight was pretty easy - added a 4th meal to my diet, ate loads of chicken and other stuff that was high in protein like eggs etc

 

Gym was the hardest bit - helped that 3 of my 4 housemates used to go to same gym so ended up going 4 times a week easily and once in a routine it gets less dull (being on a treadmill whilst watching countdown is a bit odd tho!)

 

Tho saying that, I havent been to gym since March because I tore my ankle ligaments so was told to avoid it for 18-20 weeks Bought some push up bars and I can keep exercising thanks to those (check http://www.altusathletic.com/exercise_defa...ercisecat_id=43 for home-based training stuff if you dont wanna use gym)
