you would think that they have grown up by the time they are in there 20s but nah not my manager and her 3 bum chums

 

just had a call she is sending emails around my office telling people to be careful of me

i moved to essex to be rid of that shit not have some fat cow on my back that thinks she is victoria beckham

 

needless to say at her lunch time i am calling my managing director and complaining about her and quitting due to lack of a proffessionally run office more like a load of crap

Leaving over its not gonna solve eberything though - most sales places have ppl with big personalities as thats the kinda ppl they attract usually so in most places ull get it

 

Just be the better person and if its that bad let a boss know so they can monitor the situation or ask if you can have a sit down chat with her with a mediator and find out what her problem is.

im going straight to mitchel with a formal complaint and a report on her sexism in the work force as she wont employ males wen they apply for jobs

 

already told the job center they falsley advertise as said comission on all personal sales i sold 3 last week and told i get nowt for 1st few months there and the pay is shit

i have a new job starting next week lol

cut my hours down to 20 as i miss shay too much and im gona be working in subway and im working alongside 2 other single mums so im quite happy no more bitchy office
