thats exactly it, people make 1000s of sueing companies for shit like this

 

a guy who was using a power drill sued his company for £1000s because he drilled a hole in his nose while "supopsedly" trying to itch it, his argument was it didnt have a health warning on the drill saying "do not use up your nose"

things like that are stupid and i believe that judges in these kinds of court cases should back up the company, as this guy who drilled a whole in his nose, did it out of his own fault and lack of common sense. people who do these idiotic things should be laughed out of court.

Apparently in America (surprisingly) on their TV dinners, they have a warning on the bottom of the box that clearly states...

 

WARNING:- Do not turn box over.
