If St. Georges day was a public holiday, that means there would be more pissed up arseholes running around the street than normal, more fights and shit like that......and it wouldnt affect my job at all as we're open 364 days a years.

No, I don't think St Georges day should be a public holiday. Patriotism in this country is already used at times as an excuse for hatred towards others, which is not acceptable.

 

That said, I think we should get more public holidays. I'm not sure on how things stand at the minute, but up until the recent expansion of the EU we had the least number of public holidays of any member state.
