someone with M.E?

eg longterm effects or how it might be different for someone with ME to take E/coke etc...?

If so any help would be appreciated!

I always try to monitor how much she's doin and try to stop her but...

well if she insist on doing it then, you need to make sure she limits herself, prehaps, because IMO its not good for any of us, but someone who has ME well, hmmmm huh.gif

AFAIK, ME weakens your immune system and you're constantly shattered.

 

Whilst on the drugs I guess you'd love it cos you're energetic and it'd be such a massive difference from your normal state.

 

When they wear off I guess you're leaving yourself open to getting ill easily.

 

As little or nothing is known about what causes it and the only treatments for ME are directed at the symptoms of the disease it's a bit difficult to say what effects drug use would have in the long-term.

 

I've had a look for research online into the effects but without much luck although some amphetamine like drugs (like ritanil, used for ppl with ADHD) are used in the treatment. I wouldn't take that as a cue to go and get battered as people that take ritanil get notoriously fucked up. Take Kurt Cobain for example.
