At the end of the day Tidy have generally done two things:

 

1) Put on great production (though I've heard the last Summer Camp/Weekenders haven't been quite as good on this front as in the past).

 

2) Listen to their clubbers and members and generally respond to their feedback.

 

I don't think there's any question about the production not being up to scratch this time - it's their tenth birthday and they'll be going all out for a stormer of an event.

Dunno Bukey .... The feed back i've heard from this summer camp is that it was FAR infront of the last one

 

And the weekenders ... Spot on ... apart from the weather and even Tidy can't do Jack about that

Tidy weekenders are different though, what i dont like about the sound of magna is the venue - cold and massive! I like weekenders but dont really spend much time in the arenas anymore anyway at them

i think at the las weekender i spent about 3 hours of the weekend in them!

I know everyone is entitled to their oppinions and i appreciate them but IMO, i have never been to a bad tidy event yet. I hear folks say they are poorly organised........ How are they? For me i like the music, Dj's, Venue's and sound systems.

 

Magna, for me, is the best event of the clubbing calender. The seriously industrial feel of the old steel works takes me back to the early 90's when the original "warehouse parties" existed. I regulary attended the old warehouse parties with my mates and can remember the shite sound systems, the filth inside the venue and the lack of ventilation and public facilities. That for me is where it all started and i absolutley love the way that i can still go clubbing to that type of venue but now i get the advantage of organisation, facilities, better sound systems, security and no major risk of getting raided by the Police. I personally think that too many people have been spoiled by the major clubs giving a totally sterile club with an awesome sound system. That, to me, is the bad side of clubbing.

 

Well done Tidy, Keep up the good work. You'll always be garunteed to have one person at your events!!!!!

I've never failed to have fun at a tidy event, and they tend to make 'em bigger and better, with each event trying to top the last

 

This one should be awesome!!
