Okies, so I'm considering contact lenses. Ideally I'd love laser treatment, but it's going to be years before I can afford that...

 

I'm looking at the extended wear contact lenses - wear them for 30 days and nights, change them and replace them... Then I found out I can order them cheaper online.

 

I still need to go for the contact lense examination to get my prescription as my last contact lense prescription is from 2001, but then ordering is dirt cheap.

It was about £750 an eye when I looked....

When I looked I could get cheaper, but the one with same day healing was £750/eye...

 

Who did your sister go with though, 'cos I might seriously look at it for £800 for both eyes - but not if it's the several days recovery...

It was definitly the same day recovery ... I'll find out where she went (was in Birmingham) she went to an open day they held before she choose which one to go with.

me too please dawn. mine have got worse since i had chemo, but id def have this laser treatment.
