I took my car for it's first drive last night !

Wana know what they told me when my mum took it to the garage ?

 

The guy who is doing it is a friend of the family, when she first took it down, he didn't give it a proper drive, just drove it into the garage and that's when he said they seem ok. But then he said he wasn't sure as he didn't drive it at such a distance, so he took it for a test run, came back and said that I shoudn't be having to push it right down - doesn't feel right. So he checked it thoroughly. The WHOLE breaking system is worn ! Back breaks have completely worn, front breaks are also worn, and he Cylinders (sp?) are leaking !! Costing me £160 for a new breaking system !! Thought it hadn't long come out of the MOT the guys told me when I went to pick it up. The car should be ready today now with a tougher breaking system, so you might want to get yours checked to Dawn, just incase
