The 1st of October 2005 sees Part 1 of our October launch of Orange – a new night that will settle into a regular spot in Leeds’ Northern Light nightclub on the last Saturday of every month.

 

This first part only will only be a collaboration between Dirty Disco and ourselves that will run regularly from 10pm to 6am and will feature 3 rooms of music, encompassing everything from house to techno (and everything else in between).

 

We’ve pulled out all the stops for the opening night on the 1st and are very proud to announce the return of both Justin Robertson and The Scratch Perverts back to Leeds. Fresh from yet another appearance at Creamfields this year, Robertson has been noted in the past for his awesome mixes for the likes of Bugged Out and Mixmag amongst many others. The Scratch Perverts themselves can also boast a jet setting past couple of months with dates in the likes of Portugal, Italy and Ireland to name but a few, as well as festival dates at the likes of South West Four, Tribal Gathering, Wakestock, Global Gathering, The Big Chill, V Festival and Creamfields!

 

We will also be looking to make use of the abundance of local Leeds talent that the city has to offer and already boasts names such as Dan Tait, Charlie Jackett, Danny Armstrong, Marksman, Patrick Gregson and Alex Rogerson featuring throughout. The night will also feature an ‘up and coming’ room, to be called the Tangerine Room.
