how much do you eat on an average day ?

I've got better now I'm working but I'd used to be really bad. I just sat in the house all day eating.

i norm miss breakfast but have lunch and supper everyday.

 

Lunch can vary between soup, pizza or somosas/spring rolls

 

supper is norm at least a full plate of something

i eat wen i get the chance. the hours that i do make it impossible to eat @ "normal" meal times, so could have breakfast bout half ten, lunch bout 4, then evenin meal bout 9 at nite

I try and eat as much as i can, uinfortunatly i am skint like a hobo so this means cheap food, which genrally means that i will waste more energy cooking it and eating it than the amount i acctually get out of it. in summary. about 4 meals a day and then snacks in between. I have a belly like a budda at the mo, just ate a fry up and then some melon and then a bacon sandwich. i am stockin myself up for the weekend.
