London is a BRILLIANT place. Especially Camden.

 

I use to live in Kings Cross near Clapham from 1979-82. I was there when the Brixton riots started.

novelty hasnt worn off as such jus expense and crap transport thats does my nut in

 

i still love the river and i went by on the train last night and saw a bridge all lit up it was nice, im gona go see all the lights in london at xmas and take pics

 

im not even bothered about ppl on the trains i was on 2 trains now that have one been halted and stuck on it cos of suspected bombs on train in front once and evacuated from one that had suspected bomb on and to be honest u either live ur life in fear or u get on with it... im fed up with me mum worrying everytime something happens otherwise i wouldnt have stopped near the place someone had been killed the nite before doing poi after dark lol which im doing for the next 2 weeks aswell hehe

I didn't mean about the Transport being crap I meant about all that has happend on the Tubes lately, so I will be choosing not to use them. But to be honest I wouldn't say it's down to fear as I use First Great Western Trains every day to get back and forth to work and also when I go up to England, but as it is the Tube that IS the Prime Target it's only the Tube I am causcious (sp?) of so I will choose not to use them, and not listen to people who says 'if your time has come then it's your time' (fucking stupid moronic twats).

i have no choice maria

1 of the reasons i have chose to move is because i have to use the tubes to get anywhere especially when going to see my kids and family

 

if i tried getting buses into london id have to get 15 of them and that would take all day

 

but all the same the bombs havnt put me off maybe a little more wary but i dont use them at prime time anyway

phunky fish and some of the stuff is cool and i love cyber dogs but other than that its all market cheap stuff and drugged up weirdos on the streets and shops selling fake sunnies and bongs

Camden is a wicked place...who cares about designer shite...you're just paying for a label. Clothes are clothes...stuff is stuff. Why pay £200 on a pair of Armarni jeans when you can get a decent pair for 1/10th of that.
