I finally gone and got my self a new TV.......

 

42in (106.6cm) TV with 106cm visible screen size.

Virtual Dolby surround sound.

2 x 30w RMS power output.

Teletext with fastext.

UHF tuner.

Auto setup.

Auto search tuner.

Auto search sorting.

Auto search labelling.

Sleep timer.

Child lock.

NTSC compatible.

Headphone socket.

Side AV socket.

3 SCART sockets.

Remote control (2 x AAA batteries required - not supplied).

Complete with stand.

Size of TV (H)96.7, (W)100.5, (D)50cm.

That sounds like one tasty Spec ! Can't wait to see it - we'll have to watch a few DVDs eh !

 

I got my new TFT too, it's well HOOJ ! MUCH bigger than I expected. 18inch and it's lovely, but not as nice as yours I'll bet. bigwink.gifthrob.gif

 

Watched a DVD on it last night in bed and the picture has the most amazing crisp edged effect, I'm well happy with it and deffo got my moneys worth !

 

Just got to set up my Surround Sound for it now ! woot.gif

The only thing that pissed me off was just after I paid for it, I saw an even BIGGER TV for nearly £2k, might wait for a few years til I get that though.

I'd love a nice Plasma, they are lush - seen a few when I went to a few Electrical Shops at the weekend and man they are nice ! Very expensive too ! But it will only be a matter of time before they come down in price. smile.gif
