ORANGE is back with another selection of eclectic beats, this month expect to hear a true pick n mix of talent over three fantastic rooms!

 

THE MAIN ROOM plays host to three DJ/Producers who made an important impact on the Dance music movement in the late eighties-early nineties. From the pioneering tracks such as “Voodoo Ray” by A Guy Called Gerald and “In House we Jack” by Blake Baxter (who also released legendary productions on KMS, UR & Tresor) to the genre –defying label ‘Brique Rouge’ created by David Duriez, these artists influenced the house music that followed in all its forms.

 

THE BAR welcomes a selection of true party djs, Medicine 8 are known for their ability to rock the dancefloor with their house/tech house sound! Supporting Medicine 8 is Andro (Manchester) and Nick Brown (Newcastle), both DJs that have come to the attention of ORANGE due to their skills to keep the party vibe alive. A perfect addition to this room!

 

Finally….THE BASEMENT sees a Drum n Bass legend JUMPIN JACK FROST is here! Founder of the seminal "V recordings" with Bryan G, 'Frost has always been at the innovative forefront of Jungle, Drum 'n' Bass music. Pioneering new sounds, he has helped the likes of Roni Size, Krust & Die, Marky, XRS, Patife and more recently A.I. come to the fore through his label. This exclusive 2hr old skool to new skool set is not to be missed, and like his old Kiss100 radio show is guaranteed to cover "360 The Full Circumference..." Performing alongside him will be scene legend and Fabric Live resident MC RAGE. If you've ever been to movement you'll Know what Frosts’ about and if you haven't then you need to get down to ORANGE! Along side Frost is Local talent Steppa with MC Rammin, Richbeats and Dj Clear, Informa & MC Climatize… all keepin the rave in motion until 6am!
