Locked me keys, purse, phone everything in me car this morning - freezing me ass off in the street til some kind new neighbour asked if i was ok and bought me to work

 

and then get too work and some fucking suppliers compained about me calling a member of their staff a retard!! he is a fucking retard!!

The helpdesk have just reported that during a conversation between Daniel and Kate, Kate called our new helpdesk operative Richard a retard.

I am very concerned about this as our calls are sometimes monitored and this is not the sort of thing that I would like overheard.

If you guys are experiencing problems with our staff, please could you email me the details.

I can then investigate and re-train if need be.

Please can you let me know what Richard has done for Kate to say this as I would like to address any issues ASAP.

The reason for my comments regarding the new helpdesk operative is that after a phone call to him regarding a case that was already a complaint from Crawfords loss adjuster I asked him to contact a customer to resolve an issue of a failed repair. I expressed the urgency of this call to Richard as it has already been logged twice with Centerprise and twice been ignored, he assured me that he would be logging a call and making contact with the policy holder asap. Two hours later I received another call from the same handler at Crawfords in absolute disgust that our engineers had still not had the decency to contact the customer (bear in mins this was two calls from a senior member of staff at a loss adjuster) I agree my term "retard" may have been a little childish and politically incorrect perhaps incompetant or ignorant would have been more suitable. As I offer outstanding service to all my customers I expect to receive that level from my suppliers and ignorance like that I find appauling, if I can manage to keep my customers at least informed of whats going on it cant be that hard can it?

This case has now become a formal complaint due to the lack of care from Centerprise so I would like a response from Richard as to why he decided to cause this.
