OK, it's time to announce the Guilt set times, but first let's have a wee look at who we have dragging us kicking and screaming into 2006....

Cheshire Catz

user posted image

London-based duo the Cheshire Catz, Dan Gerrett and Jon Blond, are fast making a name for themselves as one of the hottest properties on the UK's house scene. Born out of the infamous Cheshire Street Sessions house parties, the Catz have since forged a strong reputation with their acid, electro, techno and trance influenced house, aimed squarely at the dancefloor. Over the last 18 months they have played alongside the likes of heavy-hitters Hernan Cattaneo, Satoshie Tomiie, Eric Prydz, Tom Stephan, Tim Sheridan, new stars like Dan Ghenacia, Aldrin, Mike Monday and loads more. They are also residents and co-promoters of the At Night Warehouse parties which have taken London by storm, and received fantastic coverage in DJ Mag. Their new monthly residency at Canvas, for Formula, began on September 10th 2005 and sees them playing alongside Tom Neville, Tim Sheridan and Jo Mills in the next 3 months. They are also regulars at Playtime @ Egg, and have presented several shows on Ministry of Sound Radio.

Chris Rayner

Chris is one of our favourite Guilt guest DJs and has played for us a few times over the past year. he has also been guesting at various other promotions all over the place, including a couple of adventurous trips to Russia!! Chris also won the Mixmag Bedroom Hero award earlier in the year.

Marcus Rich

Described recently as "the hardest working DJ in London", by someone on some message board - Marcus is another who has been turning heads all over London over the past year, earning a residency at Techstyle, and also promoting and running his own very successful 'Sets in the City' event in Camden.

Dave Irvine

Prehab mastermind and resident Dave can generally be found loitering around the Southside Bar, either banging out another quality set, going for it on the dancefloor, or propping up the bar after one too many Stellas!

Stu Scott

user posted image

Stu played a blinder at our Guilt DJ Competition at Southside Bar back in July, so we thought we'd reward him with the opening set.

Tom Fox

user posted image

Foxy played for us at our first ever event way back in February and has been busy playing all over the country ever since, including Neighbourhood Watch in Leeds and various parties across Berkshire.

Yes, our 2 head honchos will be battling it out to see who will come out top in the long running battle between Squelcher & Guilt - it's gonna be carnage!

Benji

22.15 - 23.30 Benji

And here we go with the Squelcher set times and also a look at the main room stars entertaining you this New Year's Eve...

Steve Blake

user posted image

Probably the nicest bloke in Hard Dance and always a pleasure to have playing for us at Squelcher. He's one of the Head men at Impact Recordings, Heat UK resident, and he's been with us since the beginning. We couldn't have chosen any one better for providing that NYE peak time Euphoric and uplifting rush.

Orpheus Live PA

user posted image

Our most popular Live PA, Glen Orpheus is a regular on the London circuit and a Top Geeza to boot! formerly part of Hard Dance Duo "Orpheus2", he's now out doing and having it Solo. Hard NRG, Hard Trance, Hard House, whatever you wanna call his style, it's definately Hard and very Energetic!

Just keep him away from the bar!! (only kidding mate!)

Space Sentinelz

user posted image

Our Resident Northern Nutters!! Comprised of Scott Skinner and The Kaptain with a combined time on the DJ circuit of nearly 20 years! Responsible for record labels Twisted Traxx & Twisted Filth and bringing out quality Hard House tracks on a regular basis from the likes of Kam Pain, Grady G, Narc and of course themselves.

Benz

user posted image

Mr Benz won our DJ Competition back in February and has been a regular on the Squelcher lineup ever since. Always flexible in his style, warm up or peak time, he never fails to impress.

Rory McCart

user posted image

Rory impressed us so much with his first Demo CD we booked him straight away! He's building up quite an extensive list of booking in the UK and beyond, supplying A great blend of Hard Trance with a splash of Hard Style.

Opeum

user posted image

Another Hard Dance Duo that are going places, Opeum are comprised of DJ Epik and Alterego. Very energetic behind the decks and thoroughly in love with the music. Regulars on Newtechpirateradio and behind the highly succesful afterparty Decimation launched at Club 414 in November.

D4RK

user posted image

Mr Squelcher himself, he'll be playing the last set of the evening as per normal. Playing what some have described recently as D4RK Trance! Expects lots of twisted minds for those last 90 minutes!

N-Slay

user posted image

Head man behind Guilt promotions and part of the Squelcher team since the very beginning. He'll be building things up perfectly as we start the rollercoaster ride to the peak of midnight and beyond!

Loki

user posted image

Loki will be kicking things off as only he knows how! Only a short intro, but this allows him to get on and do what he does best, causing mayhem and confusion at the door and on the dance floor!!

Set times:

21.00 - 21.30 Loki

21.30 - 22.30 N-Slay

22.30 - 23.30 Benz

23.30 - 00.30 Steve Blake

00.30 - 01.30 Orpheus Live PA

01.30 - 02.30 Rory McCart
