trying to set up a paypal account and it's saying that my card details are being used on another paypal account. I can't figure out how to contact anyone at paypal........can anyone help??

I have a paypal account never had any probs with it, have u ever tried to set 1 up b4 and forgot about it?

think he did for tasty, but was having probs then, dont think he took it the full way, to registering, hhhmmmm strangeio!!!
