Hello all, Rudolph The Crack Nosed Crippledear Ere, well bugger me backwards with a barge pole! Sundissential - Club Of The Year 2005.

 

Well whilst being at the awards a week last Saturday at The Fridge in Brixton the last thing I expected was this. When queing with the rest of the award winners I thought that probably I had won 'The Wanker of The Year Award' again. How wrong could I have been - Sundissential is The Hard Dance Club of The Year for the second time in two years. This is a major milestone in itself.

 

When Danny & I fell out a couple of years ago there was no doubt that Sundissential had sadly become a pale shadow of her former self and regardless of what took place then, this is not the case now!

 

Both of us have worked tirelessly to get this brand back to the top where she belongs. Events such as The Sound System concept with our friends Gatecrasher have proved that there is loads of life left in the 'Boy and the Girl'. The Brummie & Northern Soundsystem concepts have been completely magical in both their conception and production values. However the event marked the return of the Red & Yellow to the top of the pile was undoubtably the Official 9th Birthday which took place at the legendary Sanctuary on the 26th November 2005.

 

That event proved to the World once again that it is not the egos of a bunch of has been DJs that you attend this club to come and see, it is Sundissential that you are coming to. A club where there are loads of boys and loads of girls, think of our logo and you'll know what I mean. What else do we go out for?

 

Sundissential has proved over the last ten years that it is the original, still the best - it is 'The Official People's Champion!' How many Club brands can claim to have reached their tenth year in the Hard House sector - there are none! It is with this in mind that both Danny & I wholeheartedly thank all of you for voting Sundissential best club of the year for 2005!

 

Our events these days are few and far between, but when we do one they will be priceless! A club run by real people for real people. Make sure all of you get your bums down to The Sanctuary, Birmingham on Saturday 4th March 2006 for Stormissential - The Return!
