Hello 1 and all just to let you know what we've got in store for the rest of the month @ Switch. Its another big month trust me......

 

10th March Switch presents: DJ Maseo (de la soul)

 

Switch’s Drum&Bass ‘Double Dropping Don’ – Mampi Swift (try saying that with your mouth full!) returns to Ministry to cause havoc in the main room dishing up some heavy rolling basslines alongside V. Recordings head honcho Bryan G. In the bar The All City Crew will be joined by ‘leader of the old skool’ DJ Maseo (De La Soul) - blending old with new alongside Dan Greenpeace & Kish.

 

 

17th march Heroes Of Hip Hop meets MTV BASE

We welcome MTV BASE into the building on the 17th March with a line up of pure Hip Hop Heroes - lyrical legend GURU (Gang Star) performing live (90 minutes) and DJ sets by the mighty Roots Manuva and 1Xra’s Daddy Skitz. In the Bar representing the UK will be MOBO award winning DJ Shortee Blitz, mixing and scratching with the rest of the BLITZ PARTY crew – DJ Revolution & MK (Kiss FM).

 

24th March Switch presents: CashMoney [/u]

 

On the 24th March it’s USA v UK as DJ Ca$hmoney steps up to battle it out with Dan Greenpeace & Radio 1 Xtra’s Dj Semtex - which corner will you be in? In the Box rolling out the D&B beats will be Artificial Intelligence, J Majik & DJ Randall with MC’s Fearless & IC3.

 

 

31st March DRUM&BASSAREANA vs OFF THE WALL[/u]

Drum & Bass Arena return to main room Ministry on the 31st March for a night of D&B mayhem with Mampi Swift, TC and production genius SHY FX playing a 2 hr set fresh from the success of his recent album, Diary of Digital Soundbwoy. Hyping up the crowd with their lyrical rhymes will be Skibadee & Eksman. In the bar breaks will be supplied by OFF THE WALL and resident DJ The Rogue Element - recently nominated as 'best newcomer' at this years Breaks Poll. The event will be streamed live on to breakbeat.co.uk
